Sussex sauna hats are made from 100% wool felt. Wool is a premium material, breathable and durable.
In contrast to synthetics, wool is an active fibre that reacts to changes in body temperature. So it helps you stay cooler in the heat of the sauna.
We make ready to wear hats & personalised bespoke hats.
We offer workshops taking you through the steps to make your own sauna hats as well as sauna hat making kits if you can’t get to a workshop.

Your kit includes:
Step by step instructions, 5 wool felt hat panels, cotton thread, needle, pins, extra fabric for optional decoration. You’ll just need scissors. Kits come in a hand large letter sized box for easy, smooth delivery. Please not that if you are ordering from outside the UK you will not be sent needles and pins due to postal rules.
